Welcome to Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. By accessing our website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with your registration.

2.1 Deposit payment

  • For all courses, a deposit of £200.00 is required to secure registration for the course. 

  • Once deposit payment is received, our team will reach out for full registration details, and to confirm the desired payment option.

2.2 Full payment

  • Once the deposit payment has been made, the Fitness Trainer Academy Team will send you an invoice and payment link for the remaining balance. This can be paid by card or by transfer in multiple currencies.

  • If you pay the remaining balance in full at least 60 days before the course state date, this will entitle you to a discount or incentive. This will be confirmed in your invoice.

2.3 Instalment plan

  • If you choose to pay your balance with instalments, the remaining balance of the course fees must be paid at least 24 hours before the official course start date. 

  • We are able to offer flexible payment terms to suit your budget, which you can discuss with the Fitness Trainer Academy Team.

3. Course enrollment

3.1 Enrollment confirmation

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after the full payment or deposit is received and acknowledged by Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD.

3.2 Deferred or changed enrollment

  • If a learner is unable to complete the desired course within the cohort’s time frame, Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. will accommodate the learner's needs wherever possible, including deferring or changing the learning delivery.

4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 Cancellation by learner

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Full course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2 Cancellation by Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD.

  • In the unlikely event that Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. cancels a course, learners will be offered a full refund or the option to defer to a later course date.

5. Malpractice, appeals, and learner expectations

5.1 Malpractice and appeals

  • For any issues related to malpractice, appeals, or learner expectations, please refer to the documents provided separately.

  • Learners are required to sign an agreement upon commencing the course, outlining expectations and responsibilities.

6. Code of conduct

6.1 Learner behavior

  • Learners are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of liability

  • Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while attending the course.

7.2 Insurance

  • Learners are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for personal belongings and any potential injuries.

8. Changes to terms and conditions

8.1 Amendments

  • Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to learners via email or the website.

8.2 Acceptance of changes

  • Continued enrollment in the course constitutes acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.

9. ActiveIQ certification

9.1 Licensing and certification

  • All course content is designed and verified by ActiveIQ, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and provides globally recognized certification.

  • Successful completion of the course grants entry to the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

10. Copyright

10.1 Ownership

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fitness Trainer Academy LTD / Power And Revive PTE. LTD. and is protected by international copyright laws.

10.2 Use of content

  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on this website is strictly prohibited.
